Job Overview
The Cardiac Innovation Center is looking for a responsible and well-organized individual for a full-time Secretary position, to support the daily operations of the department and assist in the coordination of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and empathy
Managing phone calls, emails, and general communication
Scheduling & rescheduling appointments
Registering and updating patient information (e.g. GESY, Iatrico)
Organizing and maintaining patient records and files
Supporting the daily administrative operations of the department
Issuing receipts/invoices and handling patient payments
Ordering medical and office supplies
Maintaining confidentiality of patient data (GDPR compliance)
Following internal procedures and professional standards
Participation in team activities and support of departmental initiatives
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
Fluency of Greek and English language
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role will be considered an advantage
Degree in a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional attitude and respectful approach towards patients
Reliability and trustworthiness
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Computer literacy
Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Team-oriented mindset
