Our first Open Day was a great success! Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating five years of the Cardiac Innovation Center and exploring the world of modern cardiac surgery from the inside.
What really happens behind the doors of a modern cardiac surgery center? Join us on 10 July for a unique behind-the-scenes experience and discover the world of cardiac surgery through interactive stations, live demonstrations, and meetings with our team.
Coronary artery disease is one of the most common cardiovascular conditions and may require coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG). At the Cardiac Innovation Center, selected patients may benefit from MIDCAB (Minimally Invasive Direct Coronary Artery Bypass), a modern minimally invasive technique performed through a small incision without a full sternotomy. Each patient is individually assessed to determine the safest and most appropriate surgical approach.
