Dr. Ocker was born in Germany and he studied medicine at the Johannes Gutenberg Universitat Mainz. The doctor obtained his approbation in 1987 and he is now a pediatric cardiologist and an intensivist with more than 34 years experience in this field. He began his career as a resident at Olgahospital Stuttgart in 1988 and as of 2002 he is a senior physician at Olgahospital's department for congenital heart defects.
